The bathroom scale can be a tricky thing. It’s not always easy to tell if the number you see is accurate or whether it even matters, given your current weight and health status.
Not only do inaccurate scales give you a false sense of security, but they also make it hard for you to track your progress over time. If the number on the scale doesn’t mean anything, why bother stepping on it?
And if you don’t step on it regularly, how will you know when something changes?
