Say goodbye to clutter with a bathroom organizer
Everyone makes use of their own bathroom at least once each day, so why not make it more efficient in the process? Although it may be impractical, if not impossible, for everyone to have an organized bathroom due to various living situations, there are certain people who work from home and can therefore get away with having an organized bathroom since they spend all their time in the house.
If you’re reading this article, then that probably means that either you or someone close to you is one of these people, but let’s get into what you should do about getting an organized bathroom! First off, identify items in your bathroom that are currently taking up too much space but which you can’t throw away because they still have a purpose. For example, I highly doubt that there is anyone who keeps a drawer just for storing dead batteries, so remove that from your bathroom and put them in a more appropriate place.
This step will create space for other items to be stored! If the bathroom organizer has multiple drawers or nooks, this may also apply to some of those.
Next, figure out the most commonly used items in your bathroom. For most people, these would probably be toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo/conditioner bottles/liquid soap dispensers, etc., cosmetics (e.g., makeup, perfume), hair gel/mousse, razors/shaving cream, and hand soap. As you can see, almost all of them are liquids, so they will need a place to sit instead of being stored on the countertop or on a shelf where there is no such thing as putting things under them without potentially spilling the contents everywhere.
This is where the bathroom organizer comes in.
For example, there are caddies that hang on the side of a wall or cabinet for storage. There are also small plastic shelves to place under a countertop, but if you need something that’s even more stable, then this is where products such as the viva shelf from Sani products come in handy! Whatever you do decide to use, make sure that they fit your specific space and that everything fits into them that you plan on putting into them.
Now, all you have to do is follow what everyone eventually does each time they go in their bathroom: wash your hands! Now every time after washing your hands, when going through your normal routine (flossing, brushing teeth/removing makeup, etc.), simply put back whichever items you used on the shelf or caddy. This will make it more efficient!
And there you have it! If you’re the kind of person who frequently uses their bathroom, this is an easy way to make your life easier. By using a bathroom organizer to fit your specific space, you can create storage for even the most commonly used items in your bathroom at once.
